Get Your Run On!

A great way to burn off some of those extra calories and to keep yourself in shape is going for a run.

Some of the benefits to running regularly are:

It's been reported that people who regularly run are generally happier and are less stressed than people who are sedentary.
Running has been attributed to the body releasing hormones called Endorphins.
These hormones create a sense of euphoria which is often referred to as runner's high and can result in an improvement of the runner's mood.
