- Healthy recipes
- Support Groups

The Major contributors to obesity in the U.S. are:
- Inactivity
- Lack of understanding
- Stress
- Living in the "Land of Plenty"
The good news is that we have control over all these factors, with the exception of living in the land of plenty.
There is nothing wrong with living in a land of opportunity. We have been blessed with an abundance of sustenance, namely fast food and other convieniences like it.
The key word is Moderation. It's easy to jusify eating poorly due to convenience or social economic standing. There are many healthy alternatives that are far more beneficial to you now as well as your future. You must keep your eye on the prize!
